This past weekend we took a mini-vacation to Lake Murray with GG and Papaw. We love the lake! There is something so relaxing about being out there with nothing to do but relax. Parker was so excited to "go on vacation" and was counting down the days and hours until we were leaving!
It was great to get to spend time swimming with the kids! We had a blast!
GG was a trooper and swam all day with the kids! They loved it!

We went on a scavenger hunt for firewood and built a fire for Smores. The kids loved it, but Papaw was a nervous wreck (which you can imagine, Blake and Sarah)!

We had the best time this weekend! We are blessed with the most amazing kids and have a blast with them! We feel so blessed to be able to spend time at the lake as a family!

ReplyDeleteWe had such a wonderful time with you all at the lake. It's all those little things that make such memories-Parker's infatuation with the pull out sofa and getting to feed the fish, Hayes' nap on the boat in 100 degree weather!
